Chief Executive – WCAVA WD Office, Leamington Spa
Healthwatch Warwickshire is a new organisation, operating from April 2013. We are looking for a Chief Executive who is passionate about promoting better health and social care outcomes, resourceful, dedicated and resilient, and committed to the principles of working together to achieve change.
We require a dynamic and committed individual to create a strong, independent and credible organisation which will play a significant part in understanding the voices and experiences of users of health and social care services in Warwickshire in order to increase the quality and responsiveness of the services they receive.
The successful candidate will:
• Have the experience to provide strong and inspirational leadership and vision
• Be committed to ensuring that local people have a say in health and social care and to addressing inequalities
• Have the skills to influence and shape decisions, in a health and social care context
• Have an understanding of the value of community empowerment and insight
